Judge Burris' Chambers Guidelines are hereby amended to increase the supplemental fee amount from $1,200 to $1,500 (effective for all pending and new cases assigned to Judge Burris) and to authorize an initial disbursement by the trustee of $1,500 (increased from $1,000 as the form plan provides, effective for new cases assigned to Judge Burris filed from today forward). The remainder of the fee guidelines remain unchanged. The relevant portion of the new language in Chambers Guidelines is as follows, with changes underlined:

Loss mitigation or mortgage loan modification work $1,500
After confirmation, and to the extent funds are available after deduction of the trustee's commission, the trustee may disburse, in addition to the $1,000 provided for by Exhibit A to SC LBR 3015-1, an additional $500 to counsel for his or her expedited fee as part of the initial disbursement under the chapter 13 plan.
