Effective November 1, 2008 - New Court e-mail address

In the event CM/ECF or the Court's website is down during non-working hours, parties may send an e-mail to to alert Court personnel. If the reported inaccessibility to the court's website or CM/ECF is due to the Court's network or servers, the matter will be investigated as soon as possible. In many instances, the Court may already be aware and working on the issue. Subsequent notification of any resolution of the technical difficulty will be relayed using the Court's standard Web Alert system. Court personnel will not respond to e-mails sent to the foregoing address. Parties should continue to refer to the Guidelines for the Filing of Documents for appropriate courses of action with respect to emergency filing needs and the inability to file documents.
