Judges Gasparini, Duncan and Burris have agreed to Common Chambers Guidelines. In most instances, all will employ the same local forms. Minor additions to these Common Chambers Guidelines for each judge are found in Judge Preferences.  These guidelines and preferences are effective July 29, 2022 but may be utilized by filers now. The process of updating the website to include this information and all relevant forms will be completed soon. The Court anticipates transfer of Charleston division existing cases, and the assignment of new Charleston cases, to Judge Gasparini at the end of the day on August 4, 2022.
