As a reminder, the Court will upgrade CM/ECF beginning tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. The upgrade will extend through much of the weekend, preventing the use of the e-filing system.  The Court encourages you to assist us in this process by, if practical, submitting all electronic filings by 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 22.  If an emergency filing is necessary during the system outage, please refer to Local Rule 5005-4.

Note that hearings scheduled before Judge David R. Duncan for Monday, July 25, will proceed and will be handled by Judge Elisabetta G. M. Gasparini. Note there may be a delay in processing docket entries or inquiries received before the upgrade begins.
