The Court has made the following changes to e-filing events:

• 
  * A new event "Designation for Withdrawal of Reference" has been created for attorneys to designate the record on a motion to withdraw the reference pursuant to Local Rule 5011-1. The event should be used after filing a Withdrawal of Reference. This event is found on the Bankruptcy/Other menu.


• 
  * The "Order Dismissing Case" event now includes language recognizing that service has been delegated to the attorney of record pursuant to LR 5075-1.


• 
  * The "Order Confirming Chapter 12 Plan" event now includes language recognizing that service has been delegated to the attorney of record pursuant to LR 5075-1.


• 
  * The Motion to Reopen event has been modified to generate a filing fee in compliance with the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C. § 1930) and to automatically waive that fee when amending a Motion to Reopen using the same event.
