Additional proposed changes to Exhibit A to SC LBR 9013-4 were inadvertently omitted from the summary of proposed changes that were sent out for comment on October 3.  The following matters are proposed to be added to Exhibit A to SC LBR 9013-4, which contains a list of those motions and applications approved for passive, self-scheduled hearing

1.      Motions to Modify Confirmed Chapter 13 Plan, with a twenty-one (21) day objection period

2.      Motions to Declare Secured Claim Satisfied/Lien Avoided pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5009(d), with a twenty-eight (28) day objection period

Any comments in reference to these changes should be submitted by the deadline previously set for comments, October 20, 2017.
