The U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association are currently planning the annual one day Bankruptcy Paralegal Seminar, which will be held in early November at the J. Bratton Davis U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse in Columbia. In an effort to make certain this year's seminar includes topics that are both useful and interesting to the attendees, the Court is seeking input from bankruptcy paralegals.
