The Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and several national forms will be amended December 1, 2013. New fees will also be added to the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, including a new fee for motions to sell property of the estate free and clear of liens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(f). The Oklahoma bankruptcy courts have prepared an information packet and video detailing the changes.
