South Carolina Legal Services will conduct a pro se clinic at the J. Bratton Davis Courthouse, 1100 Laurel Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201. The clinic will be held monthly on the Friday prior to the first Monday of the month. Unrepresented individuals who have recently filed bankruptcy or who are considering filing will be able to schedule an appointment to meet with a representative from Legal Services to determine eligibility. Dates for the clinics will be posted on the Court’s website.
