The Judicial Conference recently amended the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule. The amendments establish two new fees and increase the existing fee for searchs by the PACER Service Center staff. These fee increases are effective July 1, 2006. A copy of the new EPA Fee Schedule is attached.
