The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina is seeking applicants for the position of Clerk of Court. The court currently consists of two judges (a third has been authorized), one of whom is stationed in Spartanburg, S.C. The clerk’s office consists of 44 staff and is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina.
