The Unclaimed Funds Database has been developed to allow you to easily search for unclaimed funds deposited with the Bankruptcy Corut for the District of South Carolina. If your name appears in the unclaimed funds database, you may be entitled to receive such unclaimed funds. Please refer to SC LBR 3011-1 for the requirements to begin the appropriate claim recovery process.

 

Although every effort is made to display updated and accurate data, the Unclaimed Funds Database is not the official Court record.  To ensure accuracy and timeliness, review the docket entries on file with the Court related to the deposit of unclaimed funds for the particular creditor and case of interest. Contact the Clerk's Office for assistance if needed.
