Due to possible inclement weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Idalia, the Bankruptcy Court's Charleston Division offices and courtroom will be closed on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 and Thursday, August 31, 2023.  The hearings scheduled before Judge Gasparini in Charleston for August 31st will be continued to September 14, 2023 or held via videoconference, as conditions permit.  Parties to matters currently pending on the calendar for August 31st are being contacted to determine how to proceed.  For questions regarding Thursday’s hearings, counsel are advised to contact the Courtroom Deputy, Nicole Beaulieu.
