This listing contains amounts of $50 or more. Records under the amount of $50 for a particular claimant will be made available upon request.

Unclaimed funds are monies deposited with the Court by a bankruptcy case trustee pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 347. Unclaimed funds can arise out of a variety of circumstances, such as when delivery of a payment to a creditor is not possible because of incorrect or incomplete address information for the creditor.

The Unclaimed Funds Look Up Utility has been developed to allow you to easily search for unclaimed funds. If your name appears in the unclaimed funds database, you may be entitled to receive such unclaimed funds. Please refer to SCBLR 3011-1, along with Exhibit A to SCBLR 3011-1, for the requirements to begin the appropriate claim recovery process.
