Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing
The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), established by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC), provides a centralized process for preparing, producing, and sending bankruptcy notices (by mail or electronic transmission). The BNC electronically retrieves data each day from the Courts, produces notices and sends them to the intended recipients.
Additionally, notices can be accessed 24/7 from the internet, centralized electronic notification for multiple locations and the ability to save local electronic copies on your computer which can easily be distributed.
Certain parties are eligible to receive notices from this Court electronically. For more information please visit the Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing website at http://ebn.uscourts.gov/, to register for electronic delivery of notices.

*Attorney's already receiving notices via CM/ECF Notice of Electronic Filing do not need to register for this service.
