Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing
The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), established by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC), provides a centralized process for preparing, producing, and sending bankruptcy notices (by mail or electronic transmission). The BNC electronically retrieves data each day from the Courts, produces notices and sends them to the intended recipients.
Certain parties are eligible to receive notices from this Court electronically. Visit the Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing website at http://www.ebnuscourts.com/, to register for electronic delivery of notices.
