Payment of Fees. 28 U.S.C § 1930 and related statutes prescribe the filing fees for petitions and other bankruptcy related fees. All fees shall be in the form of cash (exact amount only), a certified check, United States Postal Money Order, or a credit card (excluding debtors). All funds must be made payable to “Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court.” The Clerk's Office does not accept personal checks from debtors. Attorneys and other parties may also make payment by check subject to the Court's policy on electronic funds transfer for payments made by personal check.
